CLUB NEWS-JULY 2009

Congrats to both our Red & Black teams for great performances this past weekend in the KC Premier Tournament. Red for a 3rd place finish & Black as Consolation Champs.

NCAA exposure tournaments!!  

All current rising seniors should have taken the ACT or SAT test before our July trips.
     A few things to think about for our trips. Start building a base of energy for our tournaments by eating a good pre-tournament diet rich in good low-glycemic carbs (fruits, veggies, whole grains) and good fats(nuts, olive oil etc..) Make sure you are drinking plenty of water each day.
Spend at least 30 mins/day shooting!!

Congrats to our Red Team for a Top 6 Finish in the Triple Crown Rocky Mountain Showcase April 18-19 and an Elite 8 finish in the Main Event Club Invitational May 9-10.
